Welcome to Leicester Student Homes.  I am a private landlord with a number of excellent student houses to let to full-time students/ student nurses studying near De Montfort University (DMU). The benefit of dealing directly with the landlord is that tenants have direct access to me and the rent can be kept low due to not having to pay agency management fees.

The houses are just 2 minutes walk away from campus and you can see the close proximity from the map on the right.  I have properties on:

I have clocked up over twenty years of letting experience and started by letting rooms in my first house as a DMU student to fellow students so I know exactly the needs, standards and expectations that a student requires.

All my properties were previously part of the former Leicester Council Accreditation Scheme (now axed).  This scheme was approved by DMU and ensured that every property met pre-determined standards set out by Leicester City Council (LCC). As a fully responsible landlord I continue to follow this good practice.  All my properties are gas safety checked annually and the electrics (EICR) are checked every five years.  I have a team of loyal and reliable tradesmen for maintenance and repairs.
